Client assumes full financial responsibility for his/her guests for any damages made to the interior and or equipment of the vehicle whether it be by accident, neglect, or intent.  This includes but not limited to: gum, wine, and alcohol spills.  ($75.00 clean up fee) Vomiting ($250.00 clean up fee and termination of charter) Breaking of champagne, wine, and drinking glasses ($8.00 per glass)  Breaking of lights, television, DVD, Cd player and radio. Repairing and/or replacment of these items shall have a minimum charge of at least ($250.00 plus down time for repair).  All other damages will be professionally estimated.  All passengers agree to conduct themselves in an orderly and well behaved manner.

Astlimo reserves the right to expell any person from the vehicle and/or terminate the contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger.  In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded. Driver may terminate charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle. While we are happy to let you bring personal CD,DVD and various personal items, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

All charters must be booked by a consenting adult of the age of 21 years or older.  All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.The balance is due at the time of the service. Thank you for considering our business to meet your individual needs.
